To know a peace
without conditions
a peace unwavering
abiding
unchanging
to know a peace
that has no boundaries
that flows freely
emerges abundantly
endlessly
to know a peace
that cannot be given
nor be taken
a gift accepted
ever-present
to know a peace
the peace of Christ
the faith of Mary
the Father’s mercy
the Holy Spirit

Where in my life am I still seeking peace from conditions, rather than receiving the peace that Christ freely gives?
