Heavenly Father
I know that
all the suffering
fear and pain
that surrounds us
the anger
brokenness and enmity
of this world
I know that
this is not your desire
nor your will for us
we are so lost
we know not what we do
but none of this
is wasted in you
you will use this
to your purpose
to call us back
into divine union
if only we are willing to hear
for you will not rest
until every one of your children
is brought home to you
