Help me Lord
to be nonviolent
in thought
in speech
in action
to have peace
in my heart
manifested as love
in word and deed
even in the face
of evil
of hatred
of persecution
to stand as Christ stood
before the world that hated him
saying forgive them Father
for they know not what they do
